evbphase2 install failed to complete

Good Day,

I have been using the the Asterisk app_rpt Server Installation Process, app_rpt_install_00_06.pdf authored by Steven Henke on February 25, 2008.

I downloaded EVB 0.011 ISO and burned a CD. I installed the EVB on a server and after some 30 minutes I had a Centos console logon prompt. I logged on as root and performed the following:

cd /root
wget http://xelatec.com/asterisk/evbphase2
chmod 700 evbphase2
./evbphase2

I got an error message that stated the EVB was already installed and it would not be replaced. I attempted to reinstall the EVB ISO and it completed successfully and then I executed the same commands above and got the same error message.

What are my next steps?
