What is app_rpt?

The Asterisk IP-PBX software consists of many application modules that provide Asterisk features and functionality.

The "app_rpt.c" module is included in Asterisk and provides an interface to push to talk (PTT) radio interfaces and in turn enables to the Asterisk IP-PBX to control and connect radio transceivers to VoIP calls. Like Asterisk itself, the GPL applies to app_rpt.
