Touch Tone Commands

A radio with a Touch Tone (DTMF) keypad or the iaxRpt PTT Client can be used to enter these commands.

Usually commands are processed locally by the node controlling the repeater. However you can enter a command to connect to another node in command mode and send it commands. When you enter into command mode for a specific node your DTMF tones are directed to and interpreted by that node. Refer to the list below for the command.

To exit command mode, hit '#'. To send commands to another node it must be connected to your local node either directly or through a chain of connections. To hear a list of connected nodes use the command *87.

In the list below, replace "NODE" with the repeater node number (e.g. 2075), or "0" to refer to last node specified. These commands are the defaults for a node. They may be enabled or disabled by the System Administrator and even assigned different codes. "MACRO" is one of the system macro numbers (at least 1 digit).
Entering "0" will refer to and execute the system startup MACRO, if any.
