The DCMA requires that you submit the following information with your notice:
(a) the legal signature of a the authorized person acting on behalf of the copyright owner;
(b) the identification of the copyrighted work believed to be infringed upon;
(c) this identification must be reasonably sufficient for Xelatec to locate the specific materials which is to have access disabled or removed;
(d) information clearly sufficient to enable Xelatec or the service provider to quickly contact the complaining party;
(e) a statement that the complainant has a good faith belief that Xelatec's use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law; and
(f) the statement that the notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Variation in Product Appearance
Xelatec reserves the right to change without notice the general appearance of its products. This includes but is not limited to color, weight, vendor markings, labeling and dimensions. Upon reasonable request, Xelatec will provide specific information concerning these issues for a formal Request for Quotation or Customer Order.
Prices and Specifications Subject to Change Without Notice
In order to continuously improve its products, add features and incorporate new vendor items, Xelatec also reserves the right to change without notice the prices, specifications, form, fit or function of its products. Upon reasonable request Xelatec, will provide specific information concerning these issues in response to a customer Request for Quotation or Purchase Order.
